Love is Forever
In a world in which 49-51% of all marriages end in divorce; less people choose to be married; and others live a life of drudgery in their marriage, it is refreshing to learn from someone who is 100 years, how she and her deceased husband fell in love in the midst of very challenging circumstances; stayed in love; raised a family in two geographic locations and maintained their love. It is even more exemplary that this love did not die after 54 years of marriage and her husband’s untimely death. Even at the age of 100, Mrs. Carmen Carrington is still in love with her husband Ralph Carrington.
May her story inspire you to find lasting love; and may your love last forever.

Love So True
Xavier Chase came from a broken home. He saw his mother die and his father left him at an orphanage. He grew up a poor man. The only salvation he had was his knowledge of electronics. He could build or fix just about anything in that field. His dream was to establish one of the world’s most advanced electronics company. Then he met Leta Porter, a daughter of a billionaire Alexander Porter. His heart went out to her and the two fell in love. However, she was slated to marry a man she did not love, Logan Hays.
I was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. I graduated from Fort Hunt high school. I took up writing strictly as a hobby, something to do when I was home. For most of my adult life, I worked in my family’s store located in Alexandria, Virginia, where we sell lamps, lamp shades, and do repairs. Also as a hobby, I do ghost hunting with the PROBE Paranormal Investigation team. I am 55 years old and happily married for 36 years. One might say that my marriage is Love So True.

Love Your Wife
By W. R. Stowe
Hi this is W.R. Stowe with my wife Jocelyn. We were married in the Philippines where she is from. My “Love Your Wife” book of poetry is compiled of all the poems I wrote to my wife while we were courting online some 10 months, and then while we were separated while her VISA was pending. I also included some poems about a person that was grieving after his wife had passed away. I know I installed true emotions within my poetry and I think you will feel the love and longing we had for each other.
A little bit about myself, I am 62 and live in Ohio and mostly I have spent some time in Texas, Michigan, Maryland, and California in the United States. Then a few trips to the Philippines.
I trust that many wives will acquire this book and share it with their husband so they can see how much love I have for my wife. God bless you and may all your marriages be successful.

Love, War and the Ninth Michigan Volunteers
Anyone who had first-hand knowledge of the greatest American conflict has long since passed into their grave. Today, personal knowledge of that period comes through viewing deteriorating grave stones or walking through the few surviving antebellum homes where men and women lived, loved and sometimes died. Occasional visits to dressed up battlefields helps visitors to reconnect to the most terrible or triumphant moments of that war. Viewing Civil War re-enactors who stage mock battles while wearing and carrying clothing and equipment duplicating the 1860s items, adds a vital look at the enormous efforts that terrible war required. With the exception re-enactors, the modern American has lost all personal connection to the men and women who fought, suffered and died to carry our nation into its present.
This book as an effort to return the civil war reader to a more personal identity with the men and women of yesterday. It started by focusing solely on a specific group of men, the men and boys who were the rank and file of Company B of the Ninth Michigan Volunteer Infantry Regiment. But, as the research proceeded deeper into the past, it became apparent that their story had to be told as part of a larger narrative. The narrative now includes the entire Ninth Michigan Regiment and especially Colonel John Gibson Parkhurst who did have a story worth telling.$17.44 -
