JOSE C JIMENEZ was born in Bogota, Colombia South America. He began his career working and teaching HVACR and Electricity in his country in 1956 while serving in Colombia’s Navy (Technical Schools) and continued it in the United States. Here, he has worked as a service technician, Instructor, Director, and Owner in several Trade schools (National Skills Center, Refrigeration School, Technical Trade School, GM Tech School, HVAC Tech School, La Guardia Community College {Continuing Education}, Etc.) He has written several HVAC & E textbooks, as well as preparation for EPA certification, and NYC Fire Department RMO licensing. He has been affiliated with organizations such as ASHRAE, RSES, NATE, Etc. He has an “Associated Degree in Applied Sciences” In Environmental Control Technology
