Tears on Paper
Tears on Paper has been both a curse and blessing to write and it has taken many years. The curse comes from truly diving into the reality of foreign pain and the ensuing inability to avoid it. When paper tears and you are granted the opportunity to start again, “nueva vida” is your reward and you have the most precious gift of all…. a new life to begin.

A native of The Bahamas. Born in the month of January, married to the love of my life and best friend, and the mother of two fabulous sons. Growing up, I always had a passion and love for children. I wanted to be a pediatrician, but ended up in the classroom teaching instead.
After teaching for a number of years, I eventually opened and operated a learning center of my own on the island of Abaco, in The Bahamas, for seven years.
I love to travel; to try new foods and experiment with different recipes. I love the outdoors and journaling. My first priority is to be obedient to God, then to be a wife to my husband, a mother and cheerleader for my children, and a servant unto others.
I am an advocate for all children. I know this is the purpose that God has for my life. I believe that every child deserves to be loved, and treated with respect. I am always ready to give a hug, or a smile to any child that needs it.
