The Sea of Feed

Combat has given me the misfortune of seeing young men…in the prime of their lives DIE, at such YOUNG ages. The turmoil that stirs within my SOUL makes me grieve for those INNOCENT lives…that were NEVER given a chance to ever BEGIN…just END…senseless LOST POTENTIAL.
A belief system is a congregation of vocabulary conceived by those in search of meaning…because the truest and hardest actions…trials and tribulations…and especially TRUE EMOTION, what we feel deepest and hardest at our inner core can’t truly EVER be described…they can only be truly experienced, savored and translated by electrical activity experienced by the person and their individual SOUL.
I’m always in awe of the potential view of life. People LIVE,…people DIE. Doesn’t mean that I have to like it because those acts of life that may happen…and those acts of life that may not happen…prepare you for the Hyannis atrocities mankind commits against his OWN kind…for CONTROL…in what I’ve come to know as COMBAT.
COMBAT is designed to annihilate and destroy everything that it comes into contact with. The strong have to be prepared not to be broken down and they have to be mentally and physically prepared for all the catastrophic changes they’re about to ENDURE. If you’re not mentally and physically prepared for COMBAT…it will MENATLLY and PHYSICALLY CONSUME your SOUL,…and everything you’ll either EVER or NEVER become!!!

The Hungry Brain’s Nutrition Cognition Connection

The brain gets fed first! That is the important idea for the book, The Hungry Brain’s Nutrition
Cognition Connection that relates to: mood, mind, memory and behavior. After several
years of teaching children with attention deficit disorder (ADD and ADHD), learning
disabilities, and severe behavior problems Dr. Augustine decided to look to the brain and to
biochemistry.
The theme throughout the book is biochemical individuality and feeding the very hungry
brain. Many students and adults suffer from malnutrition of the brain and other specific
biochemical disorders such as pyrrole disorder and metal metabolism disorder.
Making “smart” choices for the hungry brain is front and center of this cutting edge book.
As the educational community faces the challenges of childhood obesity and food allergies,
people are eager to learn how to guide their students and their own children in the care of
the body and especially feeding their brains. Dr. Augustine provides a simplification of the
food groups: animal foods; plant food and junk foods. She tells why breakfast is still the
most important meal of the day and even more so if a child has problems with learning or
behavior. Highlighted as well is the importance of daily movement, producing nerve growth
factor (NGF). Exercise is a family affair! Additionally, there are brain joggers for parents and
teachers as practical strategies for teaching nutrition as part and parcel of a lifelong learning
strategy and healthful daily habits.
Teachers will appreciate the mini lessons for easy integration into their curricula.

Trafficking

Have you ever wondered how we age and why we get sick? Trafficking, the third book in a trilogy that includes Hazing Aging and Rejuvenation!, exposes the chronic inflammatory underworld and how it does its dirty business to transform end organ interstitial spaces into a sea of diseases. The book clarifies how this transition is evoked, how it disables the signaling apparatus of the protective capillary cells, and then proceeds to dismantle all of the cells within the interstitial space that capillaries are friendly to. In the end, after mission accomplished, the interstitial space footprint now belongs to chronic inflammation and the anti-organ. In this final apocalypse, capillary cells have long since stopped dancing, and their feedback loop signals to the allied partners have been replaced by rogue influences. White blood cells, cytokines, platelets, and immunoglobulins within the darkened corners of end organ interstitial spaces now belong to chronic inflammation. The interstitial spaces becomes barren and lifeless as we no it. A perfect backdrop for disease venues, pain, fatigue and aging. It is not too long afterword, that the end organ takes a slit to the throat.

Reflections of Nebulous Eternal: Sporadic Thoughts of a Splintered Soul Vol. 1

The Reflections of Nebulous Eternal is a selection of poems written by a soul that left the spirit realm and entered Earth to gain a deeper insight to itself and as it evolves and awakens, the spirit tries to relay the information to the rest of humanity. This is a daunting task and many awakened souls band together to push the world into a brighter future. The reason Earth is called Nebulous Eternal is because a Nebulous is a fog/haze and this world is exactly that …. a haze and it last for eternity because too many humans would rather use their knowledge, skill, power, and wealth to feed their greed and massage their egos. Those that are awake aim to counter this behavior; if not for today then for tomorrow’s generation. So, these are the sporadic thoughts of a splintered soul dwelling in Nebulous Eternal on a mission to gather with like minded spirits to educate the children and spread LOVE and Compassion to the world.
