He graduated from Texas Christian University in 1975 and from Texas Tech School of Law in 1978. He lives in Childress and practices law. He has written several books and novellas: “The Escadara”, “Hearts In Passing”, “Wasted Coincidences While Waiting For The Ferry From Red Hook”, “I. C.”, and now, “The Last Orphan Maker”.
